Hi, I’m Kat. I live in East Sussex with my husband, three girls and Hungarian Vizsla Jasper.

After nearly 20 years in corporate banking, I left the sector in January 2025. What followed was a year of self-discovery, soul searching of what I want to do with my life and finally, reinventing myself.

This was not only plain sailing and I worked through an identity crisis, the onset of perimenopause and all the normal madness that comes with raising children whilst having a crazy vizsla jump around.

Looking back at my career, I always enjoyed helping people find their way and uncover their purpose. I find it deeply, deeply moving and rewarding when people find their true self, their true identity of who they were meant to be and what they were meant to do.

If I can only play a tiny part in your life, I would be so honoured.
